Enterprise Agreements

Please note that the ACTPS ACT Ambulance Service Enterprise Agreement and ACTPS Medical Practitioners Enterprise Agreement are under negotiation.

Proposed Enterprise Agreements are progressively added to this website as they are ready for employee consideration. Approved Enterprise Agreements are added once approval is received from the Fair Work Commission. If you are experiencing issues with accessing the Enterprise Agreements presently available, contact the Office of Industrial Relations and Workforce Strategy in the Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate.

Some newly negotiated entitlements have been made available to eligible employees, including those covered by Enterprise Agreements still under negotiation. Further information regarding enhanced birth leave, family, domestic or sexual violence leave, and primary care giver leave entitlements can be found on the Policies and Guidance A-Z page.

Medical Practitioners Enterprise Agreement

ACTPS Cost of Living Payment

As part of the pay offer for the 2022/2023 bargaining round, an additional component of a $1,250 one-off Cost of Living Supplement (CoL) payment will be offered to eligible employees upon commencement of an approved enterprise agreement.
